Dancing has numerous positive effects in children!

Dance can increase your child's flexibility, range of motion, physical strength and stamina. The repetitive movements involved in dance can improve muscle tone, correct posture, increase balance and coordination and improve overall cardiovascular health. Dancing is an aerobic form of exercise. Dance lessons can also help children improve their social and communication skills, learn how to work as part of a team, develop a greater sense of trust and cooperation and make new friends.

At Cedeno Dance Kids, each class is a rockin' high-energy dance party packed with kid-friendly routines. 

DANCE PERFORMANCE WORKSHOP FOR KIDS: 

A fun way for kids ages 6-12, to explore one of the most dynamic and popular musical rhythms of all times, make new friends, improve self confidence and develop cultural awareness.

Fall season: February 19th - June 24th

Ages 7 - 9 Wednesdays 3:30 - 4:20pm 

Ages 10 - 12 Wednesdays 4:30 - 5:30pm
